Cancellation Policy

In order to best support our clients & movement practitioners Creative Core LLC has a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. We will remind you 24 hours in advance of your appointment via provided phone number through text or provided email. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $15 fee. We appreciate your understanding. Creative Core LLC reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis and either waive or adjust fees accordingly.

In the event that you fail to show for your appointment with no notice, you will be charged for the full amount for the missed session. An invoice will be sent to the email provided and expected to be paid in full prior to the next session. Creative Core LLC reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis and either waive or adjust fees accordingly.

If you need to cancel for due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible via a call, text, or email.

Late Policy

Please call Justina Krusinga at 269.366.9256 if you will be late. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments, after which you have missed your session, and will be charged for a late cancel. An invoice will be sent to the email provided and expected to be paid in full prior to the next session Lost time due to lateness will not be made up at the end of a session. Creative Core LLC reserves the right to review these on a case-by-case basis and either waive or adjust fees accordingly.

Purchasing Policy

Expiration Period: All Pilates class packages purchased from Creative Core LLC will expire six (6) months from the date of first use.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Pilates class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any unused sessions remaining in the package after the expiration date will be forfeited.

No Extensions: Extensions on Pilates class package expiration dates will not be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, travel, illness, or other unforeseen events.

Usage: Clients are encouraged to schedule and attend their Pilates sessions within the designated six (6) month period to avoid forfeiting any unused sessions.

Policy Acknowledgment: By purchasing a Pilates class package, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Expiration Policy.

Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by the management of Creative Core LLC.

Privacy Policy

This practice is based upon a strong foundation of ethical commitments, each of which is the result of clearly defined values, principles, and boundaries. Chief among them are complying with the laws that govern the profession, honoring and protecting the confidentiality of Creative Core LLC's clients, and referring clients to other practioners to augment or replace the services if that is in their best interest.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our studio or use our website and services. Please read this policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data.

2.1. To Provide Services: We use the information we collect to register you for classes, manage your Pilates packages, and communicate with you about your sessions.
2.2. To Improve Customer Service: Your information helps us respond more effectively to your customer service requests and support needs.
2.3. To Personalize User Experience: We may use aggregated information to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided at our studio.
2.4. To Process Transactions: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
2.5. To Send Periodic Emails: We may use your email address to send you information and updates pertaining to your order or inquiry. It may also be used to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include studio news, updates, related service information, etc. You can unsubscribe from receiving future emails at any time.

3. How We Protect Your Information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our site.

4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent users'.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for classes, purchasing packages, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our services. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent.

2.2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and to keep this information up to date.

2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Class and Session Packages and Payments

3.1. Pricing: All prices for sessions, classes and packages are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payments: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and Venmo

3.3. Package Expiration: All class packages expire six (6) months from the date of first use. Unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.

3.4. Refunds: Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1. Class Cancellations: You may cancel a class or session booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the class or a cancellation fee.

4.2. Studio Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the class will be credited back to your account.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Health Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to update us on any changes in your health condition. This information is necessary to ensure your safety during classes.

5.2. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in Pilates classes and sessions involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.

5.3. Medical Clearance: If you have any medical conditions or injuries, you are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in our classes.

6. Conduct and Etiquette

6.1. Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner while at our studio and during sessions and classes. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your access to our services.

6.2. Attire: Proper workout attire is required for all classes. Please avoid wearing clothing with zippers, buttons, or other items that could damage the equipment.

7. Termination by Client
7.1 The client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any prepaid sessions or packages are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the “Cancellation and Refunds” section of this agreement.

8. Termination by Owner
8.1 The owner reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

Non-compliance: The client consistently fails to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, including but not limited to session attendance, behavior, and payment policies.
Health and Safety Concerns: The instructor determines that continuing the sessions may pose a health or safety risk to the client or others.
Lack of Progress or Participation: If the instructor believes that the client is not actively participating in or benefiting from the sessions, after appropriate discussions with the client.
Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of inappropriate or disruptive behavior during sessions, including but not limited to harassment, aggression, or disrespect towards the instructor or other clients.
Change in Business Operations: The instructor reserves the right to terminate this agreement due to significant changes in business operations, including but not limited to changes in location, class offerings, scheduling, or business closure. In such cases, the client will be provided with as much notice as possible and a refund for any prepaid, unused sessions.

8.2 In the event of termination by the owner, any prepaid fees for unused sessions will be refunded, unless the termination is due to inappropriate conduct or breach of the agreement by the client. The instructor will provide written notice of termination, with reasons outlined.

9. Privacy

9.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found www.creativecoremovement.com/terms-and-policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Waiver of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Creative Core LLC and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our classes or use of our facilities.

11. Governing Law

11.1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.
