Creative Core is a somatic-oriented pilates studio.
We move consciously around here. The somatic approach to movement is through the nervous system to make lasting changes in your muscles, making your body more livable.
Each session is crafted specifically for you—there’s no pre-written sequence, because every body, nervous system, and soul is unique and ever-evolving.
Our private sessions are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and bring your mind, body, and soul into alignment.
We move at a slower pace to give you time to flow and explore your internal landscape. You've got to be able to feel it, to heal it. This is a trauma-informed, somatic-oriented studio that uses a variety of modalities, ranging from Pilates, Trauma+Somatics, Clinical Somatic Education through the Somatic Movement Center, psychic and intuitive gifts, functional movements, and more, in the studio experience.
You will discover new ways to move your body that will release chronic tension and pain, learn to understand what your body is communicating, and have fun along the way.
This method can relieve any chronic musculoskeletal pain but it reaches beyond into:
