an intuitive movement practice rooted in the body
his is a practice to retrain your body and how it moves, to take you out of movement patterns that have created disconnection and pain, we approach the body at the root cause - the nervous system.

Justina meets you through the language of your body.
Every session begins at your center — the pelvis, the root of your movement. At Creative Core, an intuitive movement studio in Kalamazoo, MI, each session is a process of body awareness, somatic healing, and reconnection to the intelligence within.

Before we move, we begin with conversation. You are invited to notice and name what is alive in you that day—tension, ease, emotion, or simply a quiet curiosity.
From there, we start at the center: the pelvis. This first movement tells the story of how your body is organizing itself, where it is flowing, and where it may be holding. It is a doorway into your nervous system, your patterns, and your potential for release.
With attuned presence and intuitive guidance, Justina listens beneath the surface—sensing what your body is ready to shift, soften, or reclaim. Her role is to respond, not impose. This is not about forcing change. It’s about giving your body space to be heard — and allowing the unfolding that naturally follows.

Movement is our entry point. The pelvis reveals how the body is moving, and from there, the path emerges. This is not about perfection, but about reorienting toward what feels true, connected, and alive. In this somatic movement practice, awareness is the foundation of change.
Your nervous system regulation leads the way. Movement here is not forced or imposed—it is a conversation, a remembering, a chance for your body to reorganize itself with greater ease. This approach draws from fascia studies, somatic education, intuitive movement, and trauma-informed practices that support the body in finding balance from within.

By slowing down and following sensation, the body has room to release old patterns and invite new ones. You discover the wisdom within your own system. Together, we notice what is shifting — the sensations, the breath, the subtle cues.
Transformation is not a single moment—it’s a practice of presence. Through somatic and fascia based movements and intuitive awareness, you learn to meet yourself in the present, creating space for both subtle shifts and profound change. In this work, strength, freedom, and connection emerge naturally. What began as tension becomes resilience, presence, and ease.

Justina does not do the work for you, you learn to become your own self-healer. She creates the container by which you can learn the language of your body.
Your presence is the most important part.
Each session is a collaboration — a dialogue between your awareness, your body, and Justina's listening. The more you tune in, the deeper the work goes.
This is intuitive movement as self-discovery — the art of learning your own body’s language.
