private sessions:
somatic and intuitive movement

his is a practice to retrain your body and how it moves, to take you out of movement patterns that have created disconnection and pain, we approach the body at the root cause - the nervous system.

At Creative Core in Kalamazoo, private sessions are designed to meet you—your body, your energy, your nervous system—right where you are. These intuitive movement sessions are not about performing or pushing through. They are about remembering the language of your body, releasing old patterns, and building strength that feels rooted and alive.

You may also be greeted by Jade, Justina’s sweet studio companion. She has a calm presence and loves being part of the healing space.

This is the slow game. Real change is not about forcing—it’s about awareness, intention, and consistency.

What makes these
private sessions different?

  • Trauma-informed & somatic-based — You are guided with safety, compassion, and presence. When emotions, memories, or sensations arise (as they often do), they are welcomed as part of the healing process.

  • Intuitive & energetic support — Using psychic gifts and embodied listening, Justina attunes to your body’s wisdom, helping you access the places that hold tension or feel disconnected.

  • Core-first approach — All movement begins at the center. From here, we expand outward, reorganizing patterns that bring freedom to the whole body.

  • Present-moment practice — No two sessions are ever the same. Each one is curated to what your body and energy need that day ranging from just talking to moving to both helping your nervous system find the regulation unique to you.

What a private session may include:

Sessions blend Pilates, intuitive movement, and hands on support with somatic education and energetic awareness. You may work with:

  • The Balanced Body Allegro Reformer — used not in a classical or rigid way, but as a tool for connection, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

  • Mat and functional movement practices — restoring strength, mobility, and alignment.

  • Somatic release tools — such as balls, bands, rollers, or rings to gently awaken and reorganize movement patterns.

  • Energy attunement and guided awareness — to help you feel and integrate what arises.

The slower you go, the deeper you feel. The deeper you feel, the stronger you become.

What you can expect from your first session:

  • To feel seen, supported, and safe in your body.

  • To walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.

  • To build lasting strength through awareness, not force.

  • To learn how to listen to your own body, long after the session ends.

For first-time clients, your first session is about orientation, not performance. Many people come in having never truly tuned into their pelvis, their breath, or how their body wants to move. We take the time to slow down, feel, and get curious together.

You don’t need to memorize cues or remember details in the moment. After each session, you’ll receive a personalized written follow-up with reflections, insights, and practices to revisit at home. This way, you can simply be present in your body during our time together, knowing you’ll have the support and clarity afterward.

The first 1–3 sessions are often about:

  • Orienting to your pelvis, spine, and breath.

  • Learning to recognize and soften long-held patterns of tension.

  • Building awareness of how your body organizes movement.

  • Establishing a safe, trusting relationship with your own body and with Justina as your guide.

From here, we gradually layer in strength, energetic awareness, and integration—always at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

Ready to begin your intuitive movement journey?

This work is not about rushing or “fixing” your body. It’s about learning to listen, feel, and trust yourself again. Whether you come to release chronic tension, to rebuild strength, or to explore deeper energetic healing, each session meets you exactly where you are.

If you feel called to this work, I invite you to book a private session and experience what it’s like to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a new way. Together, we’ll begin the process of uncovering what’s possible for you.
