Welcome to Creative Core LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our services and website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for sessions, purchasing packages, using our services, or interacting with the website you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our services. Minors may participate with parental or guardian consent.
2.2. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and to keep this information up to date.
2.3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

3. Session Packages and Payments

3.1. Pricing: All prices for sessions and packages are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payments: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and Venmo.
3.3. Package Expiration: All session packages expire six (6) months from the date of first use. Unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.
3.4. Refunds: Session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Lateness

4.1. Client Cancellations: You may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations will incur a fee, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
4.2. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period applies to all sessions. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Time lost due to lateness cannot be made up.
4.3. Studio Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible, and the session will be credited back to your account.

 

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Health Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete health information and to update us on any changes in your health condition.
5.2. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in the Creative Core Movement Method involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.
5.3. Medical Clearance: If you have any medical conditions or injuries, you are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before participating.
5.4. Waiver of Liability: Participation requires completion of our Waiver of Liability and Release before beginning sessions.

 

6. Conduct and Etiquette

6.1. Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and appropriately while at our studio and during sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.
6.2. Attire: Proper workout attire is required for all sessions. Please avoid wearing clothing with zippers, buttons, or other items that could damage the equipment.
6.3. Recording: Recording of sessions in any form (audio, video, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Creative Core LLC.

 

7. Termination by Client

7.1. The client may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any prepaid sessions or packages are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

 

8. Termination by Owner

8.1. The owner reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

• Non-compliance: The client consistently fails to adhere to these terms and conditions, including attendance, behavior, or payment policies.

• Health and Safety Concerns: The teacher determines that continuing the sessions may pose a health or safety risk.

• Lack of Participation: The teacher believes that the client is not actively participating in or benefiting from the sessions, after appropriate discussions.

• Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of harassment, aggression, or disrespect toward the instructor or other clients.

• Change in Business Operations: Significant changes in business operations, such as location, scheduling, or closure. Clients will be notified and refunded for any unused prepaid sessions, unless termination results from client misconduct.

 

9. Privacy

9.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at here.

 

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All methods, practices, and teachings offered at Creative Core LLC are proprietary and shared in trust within the studio. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute them without written consent.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the extent permitted by law, Creative Core LLC and its staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in sessions or use of our facilities.

 

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.
