Creative Core Policies

In order to best support clients and the services offered by Justina Krusinga, Creative Core LLC has established the following policies. These are designed to create clarity, respect, and accountability for both client and practitioner.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Creative Core LLC has a firm 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. Clients will receive an email reminder 24 hours in advance of their appointment through Google Calendar.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $15 fee.

• No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full session amount or deducted from a package. More than one no-show may result in cancellation of the package.

• Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible by phone, text, or email.

Creative Core LLC reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis and may waive or adjust fees at its discretion.

 

Late Policy

If you are running late, please call or text Justina at (269) 366-9256.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly (see above).

• Any time lost due to late arrival cannot be made up at the end of your session.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Creative Core LLC.

 

Purchasing Policy

To maintain fairness and consistency, the following purchasing policies apply to all session packages:

• Expiration Period: All session packages expire six (6) months from the date of first use.

• Sessions are for personal use only: By purchasing sessions, clients acknowledge that all teachings are proprietary to Creative Core and are shared for personal use only.

• Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Packages cannot be transferred or refunded. Any unused sessions after expiration will be forfeited.

• No Extensions: Extensions will not be granted for personal schedule changes, travel, illness, or other unforeseen events.

• Usage: Clients are encouraged to schedule and attend sessions within the designated six (6) month period.

• Acknowledgment: By purchasing a session package, clients agree to the terms of this policy.

Creative Core LLC reserves the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis and may make written exceptions at its discretion.

 

Studio Policy

To support clarity, respect, and ease for both clients and Justina, Creative Core LLC holds the following policies:

1. Scheduling

   • All sessions are by appointment only.

   • New clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation before scheduling.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

   • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.

   • No-shows will be charged the full session fee or forfeited from your package.

3. Late Arrivals

   • Please call or text if you are running late.

   • Sessions have a 15-minute grace period. After this time, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

   • Time lost due to lateness cannot be added to the end of a session.

4. Packages & Payments

   • All session packages expire six (6) months from the first date of use.

   • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

   • Unused sessions after expiration will be forfeited.

5. Health & Safety

   • Please share any changes in your physical or mental health, injuries, or medications before your session.

   • Sessions are safe for all seasons of life, including pregnancy; the work always meets you where you are.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

   • All client information is held in strict confidence and will not be shared without consent.

7. The Creative Core Movement Method

   • The methods, practices, and teachings offered at Creative Core are proprietary and shared in trust. Please do not attempt to record, reproduce, teach, or share them outside of sessions.

8. Studio Etiquette

   • Please silence your phone during sessions.

   • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

   • Kindly respect the studio space as a place of healing and presence.

9. Animals in Studio

   • Jade, Justina’s dog, is often present in the studio. She brings warmth and grounding energy, but if you prefer a pet-free session, please let Justina know in advance.
