Our sessions and classes are designed to help you slow down, tune in, and bring your mind, body, and soul into alignment.
We move at a slower pace to give you time to flow and explore your internal landscape. We are a trauma-informed, somatic-oriented studio using a variety of modalities, ranging from Pilates, Trauma+Somatics, Clinical Somatic Education through the Somatic Movement Center, functional movements, and more, in the studio experience.
You will discover new ways to move your body that will release chronic tension and pain, learn to appreciate the power of your body, and have fun along the way.
This method can relieve any chronic musculoskeletal pain but it reaches beyond into:
